Most often their success is being able to maintain their natured instinct in a serial of action interacting with all circumstances. Failed at the time the natured turned into intuited instinct. Right to our country, Singapore, the natured instinct of the leaders of first generation saw the opportunity, believed in the value and feasibility of a nation building, build from ground zero against all the negative views, insisted on the belief and interacted with the chain of circumstances.
They have made the impossible a reality and made us be called Singaporean. Aging leaders are still maintaining their natured instinct but also evolving to consolidate the reap that, rules to set up to prevent the government to be ran as individual enterprise. Individual enterprise could fail but the failure of GLCs would pay much more price in the social and politic impart than the money.
The genius.
The growth of geniuses, circumstances happening around them, the views by all reputable people about genius, in all history, were generated from or by the natured instinct the geniuses.

The natured instinct could not be measured intelligently. It could only be easily known when it turned into great success or failure. The world is dominated intelligently that could not and chose not see it but it resides in every one of us.
