10 Year Path – Could a small dotcom develop world brand name?

Time, temptation and adversity of life could be disasters to many thing but the beauty of one soul could only be risen to a new high if one know how to face, when to accept and left them behind and to feel and look forward what life is bringing

On the path of growing your business, you would face great frustration, risks threatening survival. Without the needed support and appreciation, you find thing happening unfair and feel lonely.

3rd to 4 year - Improve on the staffing, dedicating and move yourself up to create value contributing the growth of the business. You are all the time the leader to set direction, problem solver and explorer.

Once the growth of business is sustained and the future looks bright. All your staff could feel and see, the share option could drive the staffs who are willing to excel to perform their every best. Talents and investing fund would be attracted.

Revenue could be up to US$ 5 million

5th to 6th Year – As Viability and profit of the business is proven, investing fund would have pumped in without diluting much of the share. You may reward yourself by selling some share.

An enterprise culture could be founded. To a longer and wider extent. The desire to grow the business is from the talented staff while you still set the direction.

Revenue could be up to US$ 50 million.

7th to 10th year – Making of the spiral up effect.
Internally the desire of the talented must be in place in order to create the spiral up effect - the concerted effort for business to grow extra exponentially. A cooperate image would be founded and embark on the world branding making.

Externally spiral up effect from the customers worldwide could be achieved by actively creating and providing the unmatched customer care and value chain in the products or services – bringing the string of benefit to their doors.

The trusts from the customers determine the fate of effort in branding.
Once the trust is gained and if the business value is justified and convincible, share option to the main business partners for exchange for their contribution to make road for the company to be a worldwide company.

Spiral up effect is the absolute importance factor in the world brand making.
